Gail A. Bowman is the CEO of Bowman Business Solutions LLC. She has 25+ years of higher education experience, specifically in workforce development and grant-funded initiatives.  Ms. Bowman is skilled in federal and state grant writing, budget projections, project coordination and design, organization, training employees, numerous database software, bookkeeping, system operations, payroll accounting and tax preparation. She is also Owner/Operator of D & L Computer Services in Flint, Michigan and formerly a Senior Tax Professional for H & R Block. She has been a business owner since 1992, has experience as a Computer Instructor and has 25+ years in tax preparation experience. Ms. Bowman holds numerous certifications in workforce development, data management, computers, and accounting as well as an Associate Degree in Data Processing and Accounting, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Baker College - Flint. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Information Technology with an expected graduation date of December 2021.
